We do not offer refunds or returns for issues related to sizing or fit. Jewelry sold during live sales is clearly shown in real time, so please review items carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to reach out before placing your order — we're happy to help!
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact TG within 24 hours of receiving your item so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. USPS requires up to 30 days before a claim can be filed, and it may take an additional 30 days for them to process and pay the claim. Please understand that shipping timelines and carrier policies are beyond our control, but rest assured — we are committed to taking care of our customers every step of the way.
